It depends on scope and complexity. We give you a written timeline after field mapping, with its assumptions stated, so the project can be planned with confidence.
Prices start from Rp10 million for a website up to Rp75 million for a multi-module ERP, with no per-user licence fees. The breakdown per service is on our Pricing page, and the written estimate follows after mapping. Prices exclude tax (where applicable).
We implement both and tailor each one to your processes. The right choice depends on your scale, your processes, and where the business is heading. We make a recommendation after the requirements analysis, with our reasoning spelled out.
You choose: a cloud we manage, your company's own cloud account, or your own server. The data is entirely yours and can be exported at any time. For systems we manage, backups run automatically every day, are encrypted, and are kept for 30 days, with restores tested regularly.
User adoption is a core part of every implementation. On-site support during the first days, role-based training, and training recordings are all included in the scope.
